Our goal as dog guardians is to create cooperative relationships with our dogs so we can give them fulfilling lives! Whether we’re looking for a reliable adventure companion or a well-rounded house pup, we can’t create the life we want with our dogs without learning to understand and communicate with them first. This process looks a little different for each unique dog/human pairing which is why my private lessons begin in your home to get to know you and your dog in your unique environment before adding in enrichment and real-world communication on my farm property.

In our private training lessons, I teach you how to interpret your dog’s behavior and communicate effectively using your feelings, your body language, and various forms of pressure and release. This communication style is instinctual to dogs and easy for them to pick up quickly. My private lesson clients report positive changes after just the first lesson. It’s amazing how many opportunities open up for you and your dog when you start speaking their language!
